Cylindrical object(bottle)goes to conveyor belt of labeling machine through material output bucket, then to labeling area on the conveyor belt, electric eye detects bottle and transfer photoelectric signal to PLC which will transfer signal to servo motor to feed label, rolling machanism will apply label on bottle which will move ahead to next process or container.
This equipment adopts imported man-machine touch screen, display in English, as long as following the screen instructions, anyone without any experience, can operate easily, greatly reducing training time; production speed can be adjusted automatically, can match with any production line speed for the effective operation of the production, The motor adopts imported labeling system, Mitsubishi PLC and the function module, the stability and synchronization of main servo motor is very high, reaction speed can reach 300 beats/min, and strong torque, never lost. Stainless steel SUS304 material and T6 aluminum alloy, never be rust, in accordance with GMP standards.
